Vintage Diamond Cluster Ring - 2.20 Carats

Diamond Cluster Ring. 18 Carat White Gold and Platinum set, marked 18CT. Vintage circa 1940.  

A central circular raised old cut diamond, complemented by an outer border of ten old cut diamonds. The central diamond measures approximately 1.40 carats and the outer diamonds are approximately .80 carat, 2.20 carats in total.

Diamonds are H colour, VS clarity. All diamonds are claw set. Decorative pierced out gallery. Each shoulder is set with one diamond. Plain band shank.

To the reverse the diamonds are set into open backed settings, this allows the light to shine through.

Head of the ring measures approximately 14 mm across.

Diamonds are the perfect choice for an engagement ring because of the hardness of the stone, but this ring would also make a wonderful dress ring option.

The majority of our rings can be resized. The first resizing will be done at our expense and can take up to five working days.
